The product was great, set of gauges for my sons 2011 camaro ss, easy install, look great and priced right. Overall service was good, shipping was terrible, arrived 5 days late, tracking number didn't help because it gave no updates on where the package was. Not their fault, usps sucks. Will buy from them again but will use ups for shipping.

The wheels are awesome quality. They came well boxed and wrapped. Couldn't ask for better. In my opinion the best looking wheels for the 5th gen! MRR is definitely made a great wheel, and match that with the quick shipping and quality packaging from Phastek. It's a no brainer.

Very satisfied with my purchase of my ceramic elbow boot plug wires for my 2018 Camaro SS 1LE. They worked perfectly with my long tubes.

Everything here is good and arrives on time and sometimes before it said it would arrive. The part where you want them to package your stuff a certain way they follow through 100%. All i have to say is it would be nice if you guys gave the people who spend thousands of dollars with you a discount once in awhile! Other wise bomb service and they are very good over the phone as well.

I am very happy with the quality of this pump. Billit Aluminum finish, quality hardware, etc. The pump runs on electric so it will need hard wired in or you will have to buy the relay kit (around $70) to install it. This pump keeps my engine at normal operating temperatures no matter how hot it is outside or how hard I run it, the temperature doesn't change. This pump can handle whatever you throw at it. Its expensive compared to the stock pump, but there is no comparison in performance between this & the stock pump. This is far more superior. Worth every penny.

Have not installed the air filter yet but everything looks fine and no shipping damage to the package. The staff is very service minded and responds quickly to emails and gives you good advice about their products. Will exclusively buy all my parts of them in the future.

Purchased a trans cooler for my 2012 SS camaro and before adding a cam and stall converter temps were slightly above 200, with the cooler installed and even getting on it for awhile its only been hanging around 180. Great product guys!

I purchased two items, Rear rock guards and stainless full oval exhaust trim rings for my 2012 Camaro, I put the rear rock guards on and decided not to use the exhaust trim rings (wasn't buy any means worth the money, probably wouldn't even stay on). So I called customer service and spoke with a customer service agent and I explained to the customer service agent (WHO WAS NICE AND PROFESSIONAL) that I wanted to return the trim rings and the items WAS NOT DAMAGED IN ANY WAY that I just had opened the end of clear bag to get a closer look at trim rings and decided these wasn't for me, one couldn't even tell where the bag was opened just by looking at the bag, the clear bag was not roughed up wrinkled and in no way was the product harmed I just decided not to use trim rings and that the items had EVERY THING that was included with them when arrived to me right down to the alcohol pads, adhesive stick, and all instructions as well as in the plastic bag from which the trim rings were in and I still had the card board envelope style box that items was shipped to me in( ALSO NOT DAMAGED IN ANY WAY) I ask customer service agent how much the restocking fee would be he said if items was as described to him (AND THEY WERE EXACTLY AS I DESCRIBED) he figured 5% restocking fee he said for me to send photos and he would then send the photos to another dept and get back with me with return info that I would need to return item and he did with a 15% restocking fee that some other part of the return division told him to charge me, I couldn't believe it! Really! 15% I could under stand a charge as such if I had used the trim rings as frisbees, use the plastic bag trim rings arrived in to haul away dog waste from the park or even cut the rings and used them for horse shoes, BUT NONE OF THIS WAS THE CASE ITEM WAS JUST AS IT ARRIVED IN 100% PERFECT CONDITION AND ITS PACKAGING AS WELL BUT YET 15% RESTOCK CHARGE REALLY? UNFAIR FOR ME OR ANYONE! Yes this does aggravate me, So make sure you are going to keep any item before you order because if you change your mind and want to send items back get ready to get charged a unfair restocking fee if items and packaging are sent back in same condition as they arrived to you. CUSTOMER SERVICE (LOL) Or. I suggest we as customers buy from a company that cares more about the customer and has fair customer service than it does about unfair restocking fees, so tomorrow I will return these unharmed exhaust trim rings with everything that came with them just as the items arrived to me back to Phastek, DISAPPOINTED? A understatement. LIVE AND LEARN THEY SAY. SIGNED Steve H.
